Dr. Tao Yang is actively engaged in investigating response of hydrological extremes to climate change, uncertainty in hydrological modeling, and sustainable water resources management under climate change condition using interdisciplinary approaches. He has led or taken part in a variety of major research grants for the Yellow River basin, Yangtze River basin, and Pearl River basin founded by national, ministerial, and provincial bodies. Dr Yang is the author of 32 journal articles, 15 technical reports, 2 book chapters and 12 conference papers. Of which, 15 papers are indexed by SCI, 8 papers are indexed by EI. He has been awarded 1 Grade-I, 1 Grade-II, 1 Grade-III Provincial Prizes for the Progress in Science and Technology.
