Research interests mainly include management science theory and method, water resources and water environment management, resources-environment-economy composite system early-warning. She was awarded first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Ministry of Education in 2009, third prize of outstanding Achievement Award on Scientific Research of universities and colleges, and second prize of Soft Science Outstanding Achievement Award of Jiangsu Province in 2007. She has been in charge of National Social Science Foundation of China, Science and technology research project of Ministry of Education, open fund of State Key Laboratory of Hydrology-Water Resources & Hydraulic Engineering, and she also has been involved in several national or province research project. She has co-authored the book Diagnostic and Early-Warning methods and applications for Resources-Environment-Economy Composite System (Second Author, Science Press, 2007), and she has published more than 20 papers in core journals.
