The National Graduate Student Summer School in 2009 on the topic of Environmental changes and hydrological process took place during July 25 to August 8 in Hohai University. The graduate education innovation project which was sponsored by the Ministry of Education and the National Natural Foundation Committee. The summer school invited 18 well known hydrologists in China and overseas to give lectures on several themes, including distributed hydrological model and method of land-atmosphere coupling, experimental methods of hydrological process in river basin, hydrological modeling uncertainty and flood risk analysis and so on. Over 120 students and young researchers all over China attended the summer school.
