On February 25, the Kick-off meeting of national technical innovation project in Jiangsu Province and the science and technology award meeting were held jointly in Nanjing by Jiangsu Provincial Government. The research on Hydrological physical process and digital simulation, led by Professor Ren Liliang, was awarded the first prize for scientific and technological progress in Jiangsu Province.
