The International Workshop on Role of Mathematical Models in Implementing Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) at the River Basin Scale was held in Hydro-Lab during January 11^th to the 13^th, 2010. Professor Shahbaz Khan, director of Water Resources Sustainable Development and Management Department, UNESCO-IHP, made a report called Global water issues and UNESCO’S International Hydrology Program. Researchers and students from Wuhan University, Jilin University, etc., attended the workshop and exchanges their research results.
