The second meeting of the Second Academic Committee was held in hydro-Lab on December 12, 2009. Prof. Peng Shizhang, the director of Hydro-Lab, made a working report for 2009, four chief scientists of Hydro-Lab presented their recent advances. The Academic Committee examined the annual report and Open Research Fund project applications, and gave some guidance on the future scientific research of Hydro-lab.
