On Sept 27th. 2010, Professor Lars Gottschalk, Academician of Norwegian Academy of Sciences and Member of Sweden Royal Geographical Society, and Prof. Irina Krasovskaia from Olso University, visited Hydro-Lab. Professor Lars Gottschalk has served as the International Association of Hydrological Sciences (IAHS) Vice-Chairman from 1999 to 2003 and was awarded the European Geosciences Union Henry Darcy Medal in 2007. They gave two presentations, i.e., “Mapping hydrological statistical descriptors” and “An operational approach for Environmental Flow Assessment (EFA)”, respectively.
