International Workshop Towards IAHS Scientific Decade 2012-2022 was held in Hohai University on May 11 to 13. President of Hohai Univrsity, Prof. Wang Cheng, and the chairman of China Commission of International Association of Hydrology Science (IAHS), Academician Zhang Jian-Yun, attended the opening ceremony. The workshop discussed the themes, objectives and agenda of the hydrological scientific programme for the next decade.
