On April 23, the kick-off ceremony for the“111 Program” Base of Introducing Talents for coastal tidal resources development and safty was held in Hohai University. The base is set up based on Hydro-Lab, and led by the President of Hohai University, Prof. Wang Cheng. It will combine the strenth of experts of Hoahai University and that of overseas experts from Delft University of Technology, etc., focusing on the coastal tidal resources development and disaster prevention, aiming at providing support for China coastal development strategy.
