The research team of coastal comprehensive management and protection attended the seventh China-Germany hydraulic and ocean engineering forum in Hannover, Germany, on September6-14th. Team leader Prof. Zheng Jinhai gavea speech at the opening ceremonyas the leader of 43 members from four Chinese universities and three research institutes. Prof. Liang Qiuhua gavea keynote speech “multisource flood hazards in coastal cities modeling and risk assessment”. China and German researchers exchanged their studies with respect to hydraulic and ocean engineering, and openedchancesfor further cooperation.
